I've made a small nifty app within 20 minutes.
The most time was spent creating the icons :)

I have a computer that stands next to my desk and I'm not able to see the harddisk activity.
So this tiny executable shows itself next to your clock in the tray and shows 3 colors.

Grey: No Disk Activity
Green: Read Activity
Red: Write Activity

That is all, only thing you need is Dot Net Framework 2.0.

No need for an setup, just a tiny executable.
