Here goes:

It is ofcourse expected that you know Software Virtualisation Solution of Altiris.
The usage of AAConsole depends on you to know this, no need to have extensible knowledge.
There is a forum available here to ask your questions regarding AAConsole or SVS.

01. Activate Layer.
02. Deactivate Layer.

Special Features:

These features you won't find in any other Console and will make your life easier.

01. Configurable Columns.

There is a lot of information available about your Layer, these columns give you an overview.
Column: Layer GUID - An unique number that identifies your Layer
Column: AutoStart - this shows if your Layer is set to Automatically start when you restart your Computer.
Column: AutoClose - This shows if you have set your layer to Autoclose its open applications when it is Deactivated.
Column: Layer Timeout - The time the applications gets to close before they are closed with force.
Column: Layer Type - Is it a Data or Application Layer.
Column: Version - The version of your Layer corresponding to SVS.
Column: Last Activates: Shows you when your Layer was activated the last time.
Column: Layer Created - When did you create the Layer?
Column: Last Reset - This shows when your Layer was reset the Last time.
Column: Redirect - This shows your Read-Only and Writable Redirect Numbers.

You can also re-arrange the columns, just drag & drop them to the location you prefer.

02. (Multi) Import Layers
This cool feature makes it possible to import several Layers in one go.

03. (Multi) Export Layers
Make a regular backup of your Layers incase of a new OS install or just to be sure.

04. Altiris SVS Admin Console
This is a requested feature to also be able to open the original Console from within AAConsole.

05. Copy.
Copy the Visible selected Layer information to your Clipboard.

06. 1st Row Color Selector
The overview of the Layers consist of 2 Colors, change the first color with this option.

07. 2nd Row Color Selector
The overview of the Layers consist of 2 Colors, change the second color with this option.

08. Selected Row back Color
Clicking on a Layer selects it and changes the color, pick your own if you like.

09. Selected Row Font Color
Clicking on a Layer selects it and changes the Font Color, pick your own Font Color if you like.

10. Change Font
Pick the Font you prefer to see in the Layer overview.

11. Activated Layer Color
When a Layer is Activated it changes Color, pick your own.

12. Reset All Colors
Don't like the Colors? Reset them back to the original Colors.

13. Save Color Layout & Share
Do you like your Colors and want to share them? Save them and post the info within the file on the forum.

14. Load Shared Color Layout
Found an interesting color on the forum, then save it as a .scl file and Load it with this option.

15. Refresh
Refresh your Layer Overview.







16. SvS Related Related Websites
These are websites with a lot of articles or downloads for SVS. Have a look at them also.



This shows the normal SVS Actions but also the Extra Features, only the Extra Features are explained here.

17. Slim Layer Export
This exports your Layer as clean as possible, no userdata remains in your exported Layer.
Your Export could also be between 1% to 60% smaller, depending on how much userdata resides in the Layer.

18. Set Layer / Global & Extension Exludes
Here you'll set the Excludes in a simple way per or for all layers.

19. Activate all 'Autostart' Layers.
Activate all your Layers set for Autostart with only one mouseclick.

20. Deactivate All
Deactivate All your Layers with only one mouseclick.

21. Enable Autostart for all Layers.
Set all your layers for Autostart at reboot with one mouseclick.

22. Disable Autostart for all Layers.
The oposite from the previous option.

23. Set Layer Options
In this screen are a few hidden features, can you detect them?

24. Layer Details
Here you can set the information you want added in the Layer, you will also see this as a Tooltip when you hover over your Layer.

25. Uninstall Display.
In case you left the uninstall information in the Layer (won't harm anything) you can change the information shown in the Add & Remove Software control panel overview.

26. Layer Timeout.
Set here the time of the Layers application closing time.








Ofcourse the Development of this application doesn't stop, more Features are already being added, keep an eye out for them, In due time I will also update this page with the new Features.
